Lorna is a yoga teacher with a wild Irish heart.

She has trained in trauma informed & community based yoga along with over 800hrs training in Vinyasa, Yin and Hatha.

Lorna holds a welcoming and kind space for all levels. Facilitating an inclusive embodied practice that encourages self-compassion and exploration through choice-making.

Off the mat you’ll most likely find Lorna in and around the ocean surfing, running or walking. She loves a good chat and a story over a cuppa too!

Emily is a Mat Pilates instructor and Myotherapist. Her active lifestyle and extensive experience as an athlete introduced her to the life changing practice of Pilates at age 13. Over the years she has practiced through various studios in Geelong and Melbourne, enabling her to personally keep developing her skills.

Emily trained with Studio Pilates, where their main focus is to bring you back to the foundations. Em will encourage you and guide you with her bubbly personality, as she empowers you to become healthier by developing an understanding of the mind-body connection.

In class Em will focus on the finer details. She has experience working with a variety of clients, including pre and post natal mamas. Emily enjoys helping clients to develop strength so as to create a more controlled, high quality movement which can assist you in everyday life or with other fitness or sporting goals. Chelsea is a Mat Pilates and Barre instructor, and also a qualified chiropractor, so getting people moving well is what she does day-in… day-out.

Chelsea’s goal is to help you to move intentionally, and make choices to support your body (but still give it a good challenge too).

Expect her to give you a great workout and address some of the postural changes that come with our modern lifestyle. Chelsea loves that Pilates is both fun and functional – “you’re basically doing rehab without needing to think about it”.

Chelsea’s biggest hope is that you’ll feel the freedom to move how your body needs, and learn to move independently of others in the room.

Jesse is a Mat Pilates instructor as well as a Myotherapist. Jesse facilitates the lunch-time stretch and mobility sessions at The Hub.

He has a keen interest in keeping people healthy and mobile. Through his training and by living an active lifestyle himself, he understands the benefits of regular physical activity and movement.

“Our bodies love movement. The nervous system, joints, muscles and everything else in the body needs movement to function at its best.”
