Come and join us for a 5wk Mat Pilates Series for pregnant ladies.

We know that pregnancy can be hard on the your body during and even after birth. This series is aimed at maintaining/building strength in your body to cope with the changes. Sometimes problems can occur after giving birth. When you are doing all the things you need to as a Mother. This series aims to keep those issues away now and in the future.

What will you get out of it?
– maintain/increase strength around hips, arms & back
– maintain/increase your balance
– a place to connect with other pregnant ladies
– virtual class every week guided by an experienced Pilates Teacher (who is also a Myotherapist)
– borrow the studio equipment (if you don’t have any)
